Hobbs, NM (February 15, 2012) Yesterday, Congressman Steve Pearce filed his declaration of candidacy in the race to once again represent New Mexico's Second Congressional District as the U.S. Representative. Pearce submitted 2,100 nominating petitions, almost three times the necessary 799 needed to file.
