TEAGUE ECONOMIC POLICIES CONTINUE TO FAIL

Economic Growth Slows to 2.4 percent

HOBBS, NM – Numbers released today show economic growth slowed to 2.4 percent in the 2^nd quarter of this year, which is the weakest in nearly a year and lower than predicted

Steve Pearce said, “Clearly, Harry Teague and his economic policies are failing and leaving families hurting.  We need policies that will get our economy moving and create jobs. Teague’s callous disregard for the plight of struggling New Mexicans is unacceptable.”

The faltering economy apparently doesn’t register on Harry Teague. He believes New Mexico families are doing well. Teague said, ““the bad economy has impacted some of rural America in a good way.” –Cibola County Beacon 01/14/10

Steve Pearce said, “How long will it take for Harry Teague and the politicians in Washington to realize that our economy is stalled and we need to change course to policies that will create jobs? “
